  • Administer MJM Facility
  • Manage office resources and supplies 
  • Maintain environments of excellence and hospitality, establishing clear guidelines for staff, volunteers and MJM families

His Path Program Coordinator

Job Description:  Full Time

Job Brief:  MJM is looking for a ministry-minded person to fill a full-time program coordinator position.  The candidate, passionate about service, will oversee the programming and implementation of the His Path Developmental Day Program at the assigned location.  This person will be assigned to perform a variety of duties including but not limited to:  creating a monthly program calendar, creating a work schedule for staff, providing individual support for our Heroes, accurate record-keeping, facilitating all activities and maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for our day program participants.

His Path Support Staff

Job Description:  Part-Time or Full Time

Support Staff Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily operations of the day program
  • Assist Program Coordinator with planning field trips, guest speakers, activities
  • Maintaining a safe, clean and engaging environment for everyone
  • Maintaining certifications and trainings as required by the program
  • Exhibit willingness to know/learn how to best serve each individual 
  • Promote Christian character (the “fruit of the Spirit” as described in Gal. 5:22-23)
  • Other duties as assigned

Marketing Director/Social Media Coordinator

Job Description

Marketing Director/Social Media Lead Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update WordPress website and update social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) as needed (including daily postings)
  • Lead the marketing committee to develop, implement and evaluate all marketing strategies to ensure maximum brand exposure
  • Building brand awareness and positioning
  • Developing advertising concepts 
  • Coordinate with administrative and production teams for successful completion of all distributable materials
  • Research the demand for the ministry’s products and services
  • Other related duties as assigned
