Natalie Ames is a proud UNC Greensboro alum with a degree in Education, Natalie brings a heart for service and years of experience in youth ministry and leadership through YWAM’s Discipleship and Principles of Child and Youth Ministry program.
Natalie is a woman of many talents, from managing the kitchen at Camp Jonah, to crossing the country (more than 5 times), to crafting beautiful quilts and delicious bakes. Natalie is a mom to 3 amazing adult children, 2 of whom are married, giving her 2 extra blessings. She’s a proud grandma to 3 precious grandchildren. Her greatest joy? Seeing her family walking and serving the Lord. You’ll often find Natalie soaking in the outdoors, cross-stitching, quilting, or spreading joy with her signature phrase: “Today is a good day, for a good day!”
Her favorite verse, Psalm 40:1, holds deep meaning: “I waited patiently for the Lord; He inclined to me and heard my cry.” This verse was answered in Natalie’s life through her position with Mount Jubilee and serves as a reminder of God’s perfect timing.
