Jessie began her role as the Executive Director of Mount Jubilee Ministries (MJM) in October 2023. She holds a degree in Mathematical Economics from Wake Forest University and an MBA from Fayetteville State University. With 13 years of experience in business strategy, Jessie spent the last eight years in various leadership roles at the Cone Health Annie Penn Hospital campus, where she most recently served as the Assistant Director of Operations and Community Outreach.

Reflecting on her transition to full-time ministry leadership, Jessie shares, “My workplace has always been a mission field for me—through my interactions with leaders, staff, coworkers, customers, and the public, God has given me opportunities to impact those around me in a meaningful way. This next step with MJM presents a chance to multiply and deepen my impact in the world, for which I will be forever grateful. It is vital for me to exhibit my personal core values in my daily work and to witness the impact I am making firsthand. I am confident this will be the case at MJM.” Passionate about the health and well-being of our communities, Jessie is eager to positively influence the lives of our heroes and their families. She resides in Wentworth, NC, with her husband and their two children, Ellie and Evan, along with their dog, Dolly. The family attends Calvary Baptist Church in Reidsville and enjoys traveling both near and far.
