Reidsville, NC — Mount Jubilee Ministries (MJM), a Christ-centered nonprofit dedicated to serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, is thrilled to announce the addition of two outstanding professionals to its leadership team. Jennifer Hudson has been appointed Director of Resource Development, effective December 2, 2024, and Julie Wagoner will assume the role of Director of Operations on December 19, 2024.
Jennifer Hudson brings more than 15 years of nonprofit leadership experience to her role, having raised millions of dollars for organizations such as United Way of Alamance County and Kaleideum. Her expertise in fundraising strategy, donor stewardship, and grant management will strengthen MJM’s capacity to expand its mission. Hudson holds a Master of Public Affairs in Nonprofit Management from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and has a proven track record of fostering impactful partnerships and securing major gifts. She is excited to leverage her skills to enhance MJM’s resource development initiatives.
Julie Wagoner, a seasoned administrative leader with over two decades of experience in healthcare and law enforcement, joins MJM after serving as Regional Manager of Volunteer and Guest Services at Cone Health. Known for her people-focused leadership and innovative problem-solving, Wagoner has excelled in managing large teams and improving operational efficiency. Her experience in emergency preparedness and volunteer coordination will be invaluable in her role as Director of Operations. Wagoner holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke, further underscoring her commitment to excellence.
